How to Shed Belly Fat
Lie on the back, bend the knees, and keep the feet flat on the ground. The arms need to be crossed at the chest and then inhale and elevate the upper body. Then, breathe in deeply and breathe out as you bring the body in the primary position. Do 2 to 3 sets daily.
Lie on the back with the knees together and the legs bent to 90 degrees. The feet need to be planted on the floor. Put the palms face down on the floor for support. Tighten the abs and lift the hips off the floor as you crunch the knees inward to the chest.

You don’t need to actually ride a bike to enjoy the benefits. Just lie on the back, with the arms at the sides, and move the legs as if you’re riding an actual bike.
Walking is a cardio exercise which is highly beneficial for people who want to get rid of belly fat. Walk at a steady pace for 30 to 45 minutes daily for 5 days.
Believe it or not, regular gardening increases the chances of losing belly fat. Besides a beautiful garden, you will also have a flat belly!
Up and down leg meltdown
Lie on the floor and elevate the legs toward the ceiling. Cross the knees and breathe in and elevate the upper body and then exhale. Do 12 to 16 repetitions and 2 to 3 sets per day.
